We request all our customers to take a video while opening the parcel. This record can be used for easy refund or returns initiation.

2. Non-Returnable Items

· Open box, Used or damaged goods (unless defective)
· Items returned without their original packaging or accessories

3. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

· Description of the issue
· Clear photos or video evidence of the defect including serial number photograph.

4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return:
· We will process your refund to your original payment method within 3 business day.
· Original delivery charges will be refunded if the return is made under your 30 days cancellation right.
· We may deduct any loss in value caused by handling the goods more than necessary.
5. Return Shipping

6. Exchanges

7. Open Box Return
· We don’t accept returns under open box condition. Yet if a customer wishes to return open boxed product then restocking fees will be applied and customer will get a refund of 50% of the product value.
